About Nitmoi
Modernday Craftsmanship
Nitmoi produces all its handmade products in-house, at Nitmoi’s circulair studio located in Utrecht, the Netherlands. This is where Johannes designs and develops all his new products.
Rooted in centuries of Tuscan tradition, our leather is vegetable-tanned with natural tannins - perfected through the passage of time. A slow, careful process that respects nature and creates leather meant to last.

the product itself is very high quality! it has that sophisticated northern european/scandi minimalist flair, so no surprise it comes from the netherlands (unlike the rubbish plastic-y alternatives from UK sellers…). oh, and the leather smells divine!
Zondag op een markt gezien. Andere producten in een mooie gele kleur, maar niet die toffe brillenkoker. Lang verhaal kort: vrijdag lag er een custom gemaakte gele brillenkoker op mijn deurmat.

Highly recommend making your own bag with Johannes. His approach to the experience was marvelous and went above and beyond: he brought incredible knowledge, patience, and thoughtfulness. Not only did I feel I learned so much about the process but also now have the most stunning bag and talking piece. Simply obsessed!
I looved it! They offer workshops that you can customize for yourself as much as you want. Colour, structure, leather type. Anything can ve made specifically for you. The guy is a professional designer, so he tells many stories and is very cool. You will not regret, you can go alone for more personalized experience or in a group for more fun.
